  • GoHighLevel — for course delivery, membership management, email communication, and funnel management

  • Anthropic (Claude.ai) — an AI tool referenced and used within certain courses and trainings

  • OpenAI (ChatGPT) — an AI tool referenced and used within certain courses and trainings

  • Stripe or other payment processors — for secure payment handling

  • Canva — for design templates provided within the Media Library

Each of these platforms operates under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using VisiblYOU's programs, you acknowledge that your use of these third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms. VisiblYOU is not responsible for the data practices, availability, pricing changes, or policy updates of any third-party platform.

By accessing this website or purchasing any VisiblYOU product or service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Nature of Services

VisiblYOU provides educational, mentorship, and experiential services related to leadership, visibility, business clarity, and personal development. All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

VisiblYOU does not provide legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. Nothing within our programs, courses, community, or communications should be interpreted as such.

Third-Party Tools Used in Programs

Certain VisiblYOU courses and trainings reference, recommend, or provide direct links to third-party AI platforms including Claude.ai (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI), as well as GoHighLevel and Canva. Your use of these platforms is entirely voluntary and subject to each platform's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

VisiblYOU does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party platform, including changes to their pricing, features, availability, or data practices. Any accounts you create with third-party platforms are your own responsibility.

Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • Participation in VisiblYOU programs does not guarantee specific outcomes or results

  • Your progress depends on your own participation, application, and personal responsibility

  • You are responsible for any accounts, subscriptions, or costs incurred through third-party platforms recommended within our programs

Payments & No Refund Policy

All payments made to VisiblYOU are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital products and courses

  • Memberships and subscriptions

  • Private mentorship or advisory services

  • Live or fixed-term programs

By purchasing, you agree that reserved capacity, immediate access to materials, and the nature of our programs make refunds unavailable once payment is processed.

Founding Member Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $33 is required to reserve a Founding Member seat in the VisiblYOU Academy prior to its September 1, 2025 launch date. This deposit secures your founding rate and your place in the inaugural cohort. Monthly membership billing of $33/month begins October 1, 2025. Academy access opens September 1, 2025. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you choose not to continue after paying the deposit, your seat will be released and your deposit will not be returned.

Membership Cancellation

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time by contacting [email protected] or through your member portal.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your membership remains active through the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if your billing date is the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 15th, your access continues through the last day of that billing period — the day before your next billing date.

  • On the day your membership ends, you will be removed from the Private VisiblYOU Community and your access to the Academy, all courses, tools, and resources will be closed.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

  • Upon returning after cancellation, membership will be reinstated at the current rate at the time of return — not your original rate.

Founding Member Rate

Members who join during the founding period and maintain continuous, uninterrupted active membership retain their founding rate for the lifetime of their membership.

This rate is:

  • Non-transferable — it applies only to the original member account

  • Non-negotiable — it cannot be applied retroactively or reinstated after cancellation

  • Forfeited upon cancellation — if a founding member cancels their membership for any reason, the founding rate is permanently lost upon cancellation. Rejoining after cancellation means accepting the current membership rate at the time of return.

VisiblYOU honors the founding rate as a gesture of gratitude to the women who believed in this community from the beginning. We ask that members honor it in return by maintaining their commitment.

Fixed-Term Commitments

Certain offerings run for a defined duration. By enrolling, you commit to the full term and payment structure regardless of participation level, attendance, or completion.

Community Standards

The VisiblYOU private community is a space built on respect, integrity, and mutual support. Members are expected to:

  • Engage with kindness and professionalism

  • Respect the privacy and intellectual property of fellow members

  • Refrain from soliciting, spamming, or promoting outside services without permission

VisiblYOU reserves the right to remove any member from the community who violates these standards, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All VisiblYOU materials — including written content, frameworks, course recordings, templates, graphics, and resources — are the intellectual property of VisiblYOU and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to services if a client violates these Terms, engages in harmful or disruptive behavior, or fails to honor payment agreements. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisiblYOU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services or use of any third-party platforms referenced within our programs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Dakota.
