I built this because I needed it.

And I could not find it anywhere.

My name is Catherine Renshon. I am the founder of VisiblYOU — and I am the woman who spent twenty years walking others through transformation before finally learning to walk myself to the publish button.

Two worlds. One method.

My background lives in two places most people never put together.

For years I sat in women's circles — facilitating ceremony, leading group coaching, holding space for the kind of deep inner work that does not show up on a business plan but shows up everywhere in your business. I have walked women through some of the most tender and transformational moments of their lives.

I watched brilliant women stall. Not because they lacked talent — they had more than enough. But because no one had ever given them a space that honored how they actually work. Cyclically. Intuitively. In rhythm with their life, not against it.

I also spent years inside the startup world in San Francisco — building systems, architecting operations, launching digital products, and learning the mechanics of how businesses actually grow. I have built over 100 digital products and led the architecture of multiple full business ecosystems.

What I discovered at the intersection of those two worlds is the foundation of everything I teach:

Most women do not have a strategy problem. They have a nervous system problem.

The moment I stopped waiting.

For a long time I thought my problem was technical.

So I researched. I built. I filled folders with half-finished things and called it progress.

And then one day I got honest with myself.

I stopped trying to fix the strategy and started addressing what was actually keeping me stuck. I restructured everything around one truth:
